Gordon Hiebert: Freelance Panoramic Landscape Photographer of Western Canada

Introducing some of my new prints in 2008

This site updated

The following new panoramas were taken with the Noblex swing lens camera. It is exciting to work with new equipment. Even if it is something that has been around for years, it is new to me. The drama that you feel in some of these prints is real, it has been my challenge to transmit what I am experiencing onto film. That means just the right angles and just the right light, and yes just the right timing. Sometimes it is hard to know exactly how the camera will translate the scene, so I often take several views of a landscape. In the case of the Shed & Storm - Bentley I did take several different photographs. In this case both turned out!
